Come out on Saturday, June 27th as we serve together at Helen’s Acres. We’ll be doing a variety of tasks (weeding, harvesting, planting, etc.) to serve where needed. Kids and families welcome!

Helen's Acres Community Farm is dedicated to making a difference in the Central Okanagan by providing those facing food insecurity with the freshest produce available. Last year they harvested 189,480lbs.

It’s Resurrection Sunday, the beginning of Jesus’ project to re-garden the entire world. It's also Launch Sunday for us at Garden Church. We’ll be celebrating with worship, teaching, communion and time to connect before and after with goodies and refreshments.

We’re grateful to the team at Story Church to open their space to our community in the afternoons. Join us as we celebrate the faithfulness of God, and the official beginning of a new faith community.

This weekend we’re hosting a preview service. If you’ve been curious about what a service at Garden Church looks like, this will be a great opportunity to check us out. We’ll be ironing out a few details as we go and as we prepare for our launch Sunday the following week.

Kids ministry will be provided for age 3 to grade 3.

We love the work Metro Community is doing, and are joining their fundraising efforts this year for the Coldest Night of the Year. Metro Community is dedicated to loving the vulnerable unhoused members of our city. Our Metro Services program meets their present tangible needs and help them to find housing and find the stability that they deeply long for!

We would love to raise $1000. Consider joining us in supporting Metro this year, or by walking with us on the day of.

Ash Wednesday is the beginning of the Lent season, a formative time in the church calendar that leads all the way up to Easter. It’s an opportunity to reflect on the fragility of life, and the greatness of Christ.
