Small Groups.
Why?
Small Groups are one of the primary ways to move deeper into the life of our church community. We’re convinced the most meaningful relationships and growth happen around tables and living rooms. So we prioritize gathering each week to share our lives, talk honestly about following Jesus, pray for one another, and create space for relationships to grow over time.
Who?
Our small groups make space for people of all walks, ages and experiences to come together around a shared value of discipleship. We envision our groups to be multigenerational, where individuals from different stages of life can learn from one another and move closer towards the New Testament vision of the church as a new family.
What?
Small group nights are lead by two or three trusted leaders and include time for connection, fun, discussion and prayer. Additionally, each group will take one week each quarter to go out into the city to serve together.
When?
Our small groups meet weekly on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in Kelowna and West Kelowna. We’ve organized our group rhythm around three seasonal commitments, from the end of September to the end of May.
Fall Season
- Week of September 28: Small groups launch
- Week of December 1: Last week of groups before Christmas Break.
Winter Season
- Week of January 11: Small groups launch.
- Week of March 8: Last week of groups before Spring Break.
Spring Season
- Week of March 29: Small groups launch.
- Week of May 17: Last week of groups before Summer Break.

We’d love to have you part of a small group this year. However, we know connection takes time and a commitment to show up each week, so we ask for thoughtful consideration whether a weekly small group will fit into your life and calendar before signing up. Interested in leading or hosting a group?
Our small groups are built around teams who take responsibility for the care, communication and details of the group. Each group consists of 1) small group leaders, 2) someone to host, 3) someone to look after hospitality, 4) and someone responsible for communication.
